PAYMENT - Buyer pays shipping fees. We accept Visa, Master and Discover Cards; Cashier's Checks or money orders. Your personal checks are accepted, but shipping of your purchases will be held until your check has cleared and money is deposited in our account (approimately 10 days). NOTE - A $25.00 SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS!
SHIPPING - We routinely ship within 3 working days of payment confirmation. If you need something shipped faster, let us know and we may be able to accomodate your wishes. (We can ship outside of the United States as long as you understand that shipping out of the US can sometimes be expensive. Please note that after the package leaves the US, we have no way of tracking it and will not be held responsible for late, lost, or damaged items.) USPS priority mail is our primary shipping means. If you would like to ship an alternative way, please let us know and we would be happy to work with you. Please remember that once we ship an item, we have no control over its speed of delivery. All items are now being shipped with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
INSURANCE - All purchases are shipped iinsured to protect the buyer and the seller.

RETURNS - Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. We pack all shipments very carefully, but in the event something should arrive broken or damaged, contact us immediately. If your item is damaged in shipping, please return it immediately for replacement. Every attempt is made to accurately describe the pottery pieces. Please contact us if you have any concerns or feel the description was misleading; we will try our best to make it right. Returns accepted only if the item is not as described or damaged.
